Smart doorbell
A smart doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door.
This is used exclusively for security and access control.
The smart doorbell is aimed at the front door and not at any indoor spaces.
Images are not monitored continuously and are only viewed in the event of incidents or security questions.
Roof terrace security camera
A security camera has been placed on the roof terrace.
The camera is aimed exclusively at the outdoor area and does not record any indoor spaces.
The camera is intended to protect guests, property, and the house.
Fire safety
The house is equipped with a smoke detector (fire alarm).
A fire extinguisher is available for emergencies.
These devices do not collect any personal data.
Storage and use of camera footage
Camera footage is stored securely and not shared with third parties, unless legally required.
Images are not kept longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were recorded.
Camera footage is never used for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
The use of cameras is based on the legitimate interest of security and property protection (GDPR Art. 6 para. 1f).
By entering the premises, you agree to these security measures.
Important
Disabling, covering, or tampering with security equipment is not permitted.
