We’re happy to have you staying with us! To keep things pleasant and comfortable for everyone, we have a few simple house rules:

• The golden rule.
  Treat this house as if it were your own. Please be mindful of the space, the neighbors, and the furnishings.

• Age.
  The minimum age to book the property is 21 years old. The primary guest must be present throughout the entire stay.

• Pets.
  We love animals, but unfortunately dogs and other pets are not allowed in the home.

• No Smoking.
  This is a strictly non-smoking home. Please do not smoke or vape inside this house. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts in a safe and tidy manner.

• Quiet hours.
  Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours apply between 10:00 PM and 08:00 AM. Please keep music and voices at an acceptable volume during this time.

• No parties or events.
  Our home is a place to relax. Parties, large gatherings, and unregistered guests (maximum occupancy is 6 people) are strictly prohibited.

• Damage.
  If anything breaks, please let us know. These things can always happen.

• In case of non-compliance.
  If the house rules are not followed, we may be forced to terminate the stay without a refund.
