The property features Nuki keyless entry. On the day of arrival, you will receive a personal access code via the Nuki app or SMS, allowing you to check in independently.

The minimum age is 21 years. The primary booker must be present during the stay.

No, pets (including dogs) are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smoking outside is allowed, provided windows and doors remain closed.

No, parties, events, and disturbances are not allowed. We ask you to be mindful of the neighbors.
