The property is ideal for couples, families, or friends who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a peaceful environment.

How does check-in work?<\/strong>
The property features Nuki keyless entry<\/strong>. On the day of arrival, you will receive a personal access code via the Nuki app or SMS, allowing you to check in independently.

What time can I check in and what time is check-out?<\/strong><\/h5>
Check-in: from the agreed time (stated in the confirmation)
Check-out: by the agreed time at the latest
Variations are possible upon request.

Is someone available during the stay?<\/strong>

Yes! There are free public parking spaces<\/strong> available in the immediate vicinity of the property and right in front of the door<\/strong>. Reservations are not necessary.

The minimum age is 21 years<\/strong>. The primary booker must be present during the stay.

No, pets (including dogs)<\/strong> are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property<\/strong>. Smoking outside is allowed, provided windows and doors remain closed.

No, parties, events, and disturbances are not allowed. We ask you to be mindful of the neighbors.
