1. Reservation and payment<\/h5>
  • A reservation is final after confirmation and (down) payment.<\/h5><\/li>
  • The full rental amount must be paid before arrival, unless otherwise agreed.<\/h5><\/li>
  • Any additional costs (such as a deposit or cleaning) are clearly stated in advance.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
    2. Minimum age<\/h5>
    • The minimum age to book the property is 21 years<\/strong>.<\/h5><\/li>
    • The main booker must be present throughout the entire stay.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
      3. Arrival and departure<\/h5>
      • Check-in is possible from the agreed time.<\/h5><\/li>
      • Check-out must take place no later than the agreed time.<\/h5><\/li>
      • Deviations are only possible in consultation.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
        4. Use of the property<\/h5>
        • The property may only be used by the number of people specified in the booking.<\/h5><\/li>
        • Parties, events, and commercial activities are not allowed.<\/h5><\/li>
        • Please handle the property and its contents with care.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
          5. Pets<\/h5>
          • Dogs and other pets are not allowed<\/strong> in the property.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
            6. Smoking<\/h5>
            • Smoking is not allowed in the property<\/strong>, including e-cigarettes.<\/h5><\/li>
            • Smoking outside is allowed, provided windows and doors remain closed.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
              7. Peace and surroundings<\/h5>
              • Please be mindful of the neighbors.<\/h5><\/li>
              • Nuisance caused by noise, music, or behavior is not allowed.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
                8. Damage and deposit<\/h5>
                • Any damage must be reported immediately.<\/h5><\/li>
                • If applicable, damage or extra cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
                  9. Liability<\/h5>
                  • The landlord is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury to persons or property during the stay.<\/h5><\/li>
                  • Stay and use of the property and facilities is at your own risk.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
                    10. Cancellation by the tenant<\/h5>
                    • Cancellation must be made in writing.<\/h5><\/li>
                    • Any cancellation costs depend on the time of cancellation.<\/h5><\/li>
                    • We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
                      11. Cancellation by the landlord<\/h5>
                      • In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the landlord may cancel the reservation.<\/h5><\/li>
                      • In that case, the amount already paid will be fully refunded. Further claims are excluded. <\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
                        12. Complaints<\/h5>
                        • Please report any complaints as soon as possible during your stay so that we can try to resolve them.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
                          13. Non-compliance<\/h5>
                          • In case of non-compliance with these terms and house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay prematurely without a refund<\/strong>.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
                            14. Applicable law<\/h5>
                            • These terms are governed by the law of the country where the holiday home is located.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
