Smart doorbell<\/h5>
  • A smart doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door.<\/h5><\/li>
  • This is used exclusively for security and access control.<\/h5><\/li>
  • The smart doorbell is aimed at the front door and not at any indoor spaces.<\/h5><\/li>
  • Images are not <\/strong>monitored continuously and are only viewed in the event of incidents or security questions.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
    Roof terrace security camera<\/h5>
    • A security camera<\/strong> has been placed on the roof terrace.<\/h5><\/li>
    • The camera is aimed exclusively at the outdoor area<\/strong> and does not record any indoor spaces<\/strong>.<\/h5><\/li>
    • The camera is intended to protect guests, property, and the house.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
      Fire safety<\/h5>
      • The house is equipped with a smoke detector <\/strong>(fire alarm).<\/h5><\/li>
      • A fire extinguisher<\/strong> is available for emergencies.<\/h5><\/li>
      • These devices do not collect any personal data<\/strong>.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
        Storage and use of camera footage<\/h5>
        • Camera footage is stored securely<\/strong> and not <\/strong>shared with third parties, unless legally required.<\/h5><\/li>
        • Images are not<\/strong> kept longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were recorded.<\/h5><\/li>
        • Camera footage is never <\/strong>used for commercial purposes.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
          Legal basis<\/h5>
          • The use of cameras is based on the legitimate interest<\/strong> of security and property protection (GDPR Art. 6 para. 1f).<\/h5><\/li>
          • By entering the premises, you agree to these security measures.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
