We’re happy to have you staying with us! To keep things pleasant and comfortable for everyone, we have a few simple house rules: <\/p>

  • The golden rule.
    <\/strong>Treat this house as if it were your own. Please be mindful of the space, the neighbors, and the furnishings.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h5><\/li>
  • Age.
    <\/strong>The minimum age to book the property is 21 years old<\/strong>. The primary guest must be present throughout the entire stay. <\/h5><\/li>
  • Pets.<\/strong>
    We love animals, but unfortunately dogs and other pets <\/strong>are not allowed<\/strong> in the home.<\/h5><\/li>
  • No Smoking.<\/strong>
    This is a strictly non-smoking home.<\/span><\/span> Please do not smoke or vape inside this house. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts in a safe and tidy manner.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h5><\/li>
  • Quiet hours<\/b>.
    Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours apply between 10:00 PM and 08:00 AM.<\/strong><\/span><\/span> Please keep music and voices at an acceptable volume during this time.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h5><\/li>
  • No parties or events<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/strong>
    Our home is a place to relax.<\/span><\/span> Parties, large gatherings, and unregistered guests (maximum occupancy is 6 people) are strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h5><\/li>
  • Damage.<\/strong>
    If anything breaks, please let us know. These things can always happen.<\/h5><\/li>
  • In case of non-compliance.<\/strong>
    If the house rules are not followed, we may be forced to terminate the stay without a refund.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
